    Comments & recommendations on the ingredients of the recipe:
    1- egg white @ room temperature during one hour prior to use.
    2- mix granulated sugar in egg white same story one hour prior to start your meringue. Must be perfectly diluted.
    3- food coloring only during macaronage, not in meringue.
    4- either you use fresh eggs or liquid eggs’ remember:
    If fresh eggs, prepare egg white 3 to 4 days before.
    Fresh eggs must be @room temperature as well. No matter of discussion.
    Liquid egg white is extremely convenient, will not affect the taste.
    Simply, a little longer during meringue process. I would say, about 10 minutes job at least, prior to macaronage.
