@@kingdanielyoutuber I used Bitwig Studio as the main software for this project. This project (along with most) started with listening to the original track and sequencing (writing) parts manually using placeholder sounds; as those parts got finished up I'd start putting them into a loose arrangement. After having a very rough sketch of the project, I'll move into a more creative phase and try whatever ideas/tools/techniques that come to mind. A lot of ideas get tried out in this phase but very few end up making it into the final project. Most of the sound design, transitions, harmonies, etc. happens in this phase. After it starts to feel like a cohesive project I'll go back into a final mix/master phase which basically consists of fixing small details and trying to make the project sound better overall (without making significant changes). Hopefully this information is useful!
