9:41 “There’s one big difference: Jake would have killed again. I won’t.” I honestly don’t blame him for killing Jake for his son’s death. That boy would definitely have killed again just because he could. The father couldn’t get justice for his son so he got revenge. And the boy most certainly got what he deserved when he thought he could get away with it.
Well, after looking into Jake's background, Novak and Wong saw so many red flags you could sew a quilt. Killing a gopher, acting tough, almost drowning another kid, being kicked out of 3 different schools. Jake was clearly a danger to others, and yet, the so called "mother" just swept it all under the rug.
I totally agree with you. You know, the idea of preemptively killing villains, such as Sideshow Bob, from television, before they can harm others is a thought that crossed my mind. The same goes for real-life bad guys, not just psychopaths like Jake. Also, I had wondered if some real-life psychologist would write an article about how sociopathic children cannot be treated and must be removed from society by any means necessary.
@connorsrelicsandtreasures9862 Prodigy 3X13 Harry Baker is a psychopath who tortured and killed many animals, Elliot predicted he could become a future serial killer killing people. Mitch is from Soulless 4X25 where he killed a 3-year old boy and r@ped a girl, kidnapped her from the hospital, and murdered her.
Sometimes i feel like what Henry’s dad did to Jake was justifiable because Jake was a complete sociopath who killed his son and didn’t have any remorse for it and he put in a great sympathy act to fool everyone, but at the same time, he kills a child and using the same tactics that Jake did to put on an acting job to gain sympathy from the court to get off with murder even admitting that it was premeditated the minute he found out what really happened. I get that Jake should’ve been dealt with but do we really think we need to end it like this giving someone the right to take a life right there and then? Idk it’s just me because i see both the legal and moral of this situation and i pray i never have to go through this in real life when i have children.
What Henry's dad did is 100% correct... so long as he pleads guilty at first chance and accepts his sentence with no complaint. You can't act against someone who weaseled out of punishment by doing so yourself. To be fair, there's no guarantee you get punished. Gary Plauché for example.
Tbf, like Casey said, Henry’s dad solved the problem of Jake being out on the streets. The jury was more afraid of what that child would’ve turned into and done, and sympathised with the grieving father out to avenge his son. I’m not saying we should kill sociopaths, but like they said, there is the question of what to do with the ones who turn out like Jake.

It's a conundrum but not as confusing. The problem with it is Jake's history being looked into and he already knew how to play the sympathy angle. Another factor is the killing itself and why it's so dangerous: you do it once and it gets real easy to do it again and again. And when a kid does it to another kid, and gets away with it which is what he did before being shot, he would do it again but know how better to not get caught.
It's Henry Evans jr. from "The Good Son" played by Macaulay Culkin both Henry Evans from "The Good Son" and Jake O'Hara are dead but if not they would kill more people. In "The Good Son" Henry's mom was forced to believe her son was evil and disturbed and made the ultimate decision in the end but Jake's mom still missed her son and never believed her son was so disturbed and dangerous.
Henry Evans from "The Good Son", "Mikey" played by Brian Bonsall, and Henry Mesner from "Born Psychopath" and "Post Graduate Psychopath" and also from season 4 "Juvenile" Zachary Connor the 12 year old boy who killed the cancer woman by stabbing her to death in her apartment because he wanted her money all disturbed dangerous and evil boys.
This was based on the Jamie Bulger case if I'm not mistaken. From what I remember of the interviews, Mrs. Bulger wanted to kill the two boys who killed her son too. They're still alive, and walking around. One of them is a father now and he's allowed limited and supervised contact with his own kid from what I've heard and they've both been listed as offenders. There was no justice for little Jamie Bulger...
There was complete justice as the perps had their lives destroyed. One changed their life around and does not get in trouble and has become a model citizen and is giving back to society, the other's living a train wreck of a life and is in and out of prison and has never escaped what he did that day.

Something tells me Jake's mom would be the type who would victim blame all of Jake's victims and act as if he were Mother Teresa.
George Huang and Casey Novak told Judge Donnely that Mrs. O' Haara refused to give his son treatment
@@robertocazzaniga5548She's indenial. She doesn't want to accept the idea that her son is a sociopath and insists that her son is a normal boy.
She just sees her child “as a harmless little angel” 🥰🥰

literally the "My son is a nice boy and he would never do anything like this....." type of mother
I didn't shed a single tear. That's all I have to say.
Poetic justice
@@TheodoreBrosevelt You get it.👍👍
It’s a tv show.
He sealed his fate when he had a smile after getting out. A psycho wasn't walking alive.
That actor nailed it and I've never heard of him again. In this show the bit actors were always brilliant.
He's not guilty in my opinion it's literally an eye for an eye.
Nooo they cut where Jake drops after getting shot, it kinda looks like he fell through a trap door
I wheezed so hard when I read this comment! 🤣

I love that second Judge's hair.
If Jake was alive he could have team up with Henry Mesner.
Him and Zachary Connors
Oh also they can team up with: Harry Baker, and Mitch Wilkens!!

I wonder what he actually did to that cat.
I think we're better off not knowing.
About anything a psychopath could do to an animal.
I imagine he actually murdered it, which is what Henry really saw.

This speaks to how men suppress their emotions until they can’t hold it in any longer
Edit: nvm he did it on purpose lol
He murdered a child who had not been convicted of any crimes. Typical sadistic psychopathic justice system in the USA
Moral justice matters more than legal decisions.
Lemme guess, you think innocent lives get ruined by court systems? I recommend laying off the paint
