14:40 :- Just a small correction..Most of the Spelling Rules have exceptions to them as well,
Exceptions:
caffeine, policies, seize, species and weird.

It's "weird" rule, I don't understand the "science" behind it, it's "ancient" and not "efficient", my "neighbour" told me this but i think he's high on "caffeine". I couldn't "Seize" anything out of it and i'm having a "seizure".
See? I showed you "Eight" Exceptions, actually make it 9 now and there are more, thanks.

What about joyful sir because when we add joy + full = joyful according to your 3rd rule( Y )should converted into ( I ) only ( ll) convert into one ( l )

There should be a consonant before y , only then y is converted into i
In 'joy' there is O before Y which is a vowel.
Thats why__ joy + full = joyful
