    Hello po meron po akoang dalawang account yung isa payrol at tsaka savings account naman yung isa, sa tuwing mag ta transfer po ako ng pera ang lalabas ay ung sa payrol hindi yung sa savings, savings account sana ang gagamitin kung source of funds pero ang payroll account ko po ang lalabas. Ano kayang problema nito?

    Mas gusto ko yung old features automatic ung OTP, unlike ung latest pahirapan kasi ang tagal mag resend ng OTP via email.. after 10 minutes kasi ung registered no. Ko di ko na access iba na gamit ko cp no., Haizzzz kainis talaga

    Nasa Canada po ako, nag try ako mag transfer fro my mobile app to BDO or Union bank, pero and sabi "the account you have selected is not allowed in this transaction". Paano po ba? Sinunod ko naman lahat ng nandun sa app. All the information entered are correct. Tulungan po niyo ako. Salamat po.

    Ang bulok ng new update nyo kainis! Palagi invalid card number ang message kahit tama namn yun atm card ko. Ayusin nyo yan new update nyo. Mas okay pa ang old features ng mobile banking.
