This is actually a good tut, but what I find slightly wack is that they don't explain WHY and WHAT those shapes drawn are Also, they use names like "square" and "circle" Wich makes the viewer only think about the 2D shapes, instead of the forms Sorry if I seemed like some sort of nerd lol😅

OKOK TIPS FROM AN ARTIST HERE!!!!!: Ok one thing I noticed is that in the drawing th thighs were a bit too short, remember our thighs reach up to our knees so they are long. Also the line of action, or, I call it flow can also go as a cross when your doing more complex poses and it wraps around the body making it more 3 dimensional, usually I draw it before I even do the head to see what way the character is looking and what perspective, the flow line really helps a lot with that, mostly complex poses tho. Edit: I forgot to say stuff abt the head and the arms, OKAY so i'd reccomend studying skull anatomy to actually know where the eyes, nose, mouth etc are placed. I get it's a style, I have very stylized art too but trust me it helps sm to study skull anatomy for good placement. And w the hands, i'd reccomend intense hand study, remember our fingers are like a fan, they fan down kinda. IDK IF IM MAKING ANY SENSE AT ALL BUT I HOPE THAT HELPS SOMEONE!!!!!!

This helped me alot as someone who’s had 9 years of drawing experience and my whole life I haven’t been able to draw a full human body only animals and objects and since I plan on becoming a fashion designer this 100% helps

Something else to add for people who struggle with hand and arm placement, - Draw the hand first - then draw a straight line from the wrist to the middle of the shoulder - then cut that line in half and draw a straight line for the elbow. I also reccomend looking up “the spring drawing method” or “spiral drawing method” (can’t remember which) for perspective here on youtube. That combined with the lines has helped me a MASSIVE ammount :)

As someone who can draw hair there is 2 simple things you must keep in mind. Hair flows so it has curves. Second is that spikes are good for indicating ends of the hair. Which the spikes can be different widths and lengths.

Tip:use circles or triangles for the body! You don't find squares in our body... Only in the feet. Well... Sometimes 😅
I'd recommend using different 3D geometric shapes and not just triangles or squares! :)
