Ok, so first download a sm64 eye pack for mobile. Here are some examples:
Marshivolt eye textures: th-cam.com/video/Q7RaWqoA2Ew/w-d-xo.htmlsi=dRG-I_QrnGtuljxe
Hd eye textures: th-cam.com/video/-Q0laXlwTc0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=OSFuvOOObsH8W5Ko
(The textures are in the description of the videos)
(If you don't like these then you could search something else)
Next go to m64plusfz (an n64 emulator app) and click the 3 lines at the top left corner. Then click tools and then click add texture pack. Next, click select file and find the zip file of the eye textures you want. Click ok and wait for the eye textures to load. Now click your sm64 rom and make sure to click Start not resume. Now the eye textures should appear!
