    Boat team send me a damages product when i claim for warranty
    I received the replacement product on 2nd December and immediately raised an issue on the same day regarding physical damages. I provided all required evidence, including unboxing videos and complete pictures, as instructed by your team, and submitted them to this email.
    Now they cancel my warranty claim due to physical damages on earbud that send by boat team..
    Your team are out of mind?
    Pathetic, I highly dissoppoint boat wasting almost 20 days till this issue is going on..
