I struggled with sin for a long time because of the wrong teaching of grace. Grace is not an occasion to sin rather if truly you are walking in God's grace, you will be perfect. Grace was meant to make us perfect. Read Romans vs 5. Read all of it and you will realize that if you're walking in any form of sin, then you are not applying the grace of God correctly. Paul said by the grace of God I am what I am. He had no sin, no weakness, Paul was an example of what grace can do. The grace is meant to make us come into the measure of the fullness of Christ, unto the perfect man. Yet in the Church we are thought that no man can be perfect. God cannot ask you to be what it's not possible for you to be. He said be thou Holy for I am Holy. I have been angry for all the things I suffered because of the deceitfulness or ignorance of preachers who hide under grace to commit evil. A time will come and that time is now, when you must be able to say like Arome I have not touched any woman to be taken seriously in the church of Nigeria. We have preached financial prosperity more than we have preached holiness, now ritualist sit comfortably in our congregation to shout amen to prophesies of prosperity, receiving grace to do evil rather than the much needed rebuke that should make them change. Arome you are not alone, Fear not.

Percieved Holiness can be attained by man s effort... Yes... Some monks and religious people have attained great heights of Holiness... going into great depths of meditation to attain purity of the mind.
Our Message is not Holiness. It is the Christ, The Way, The Truth and The Life.
Only then can we transform lives. Can He transform Lives.

@@TheEnacious Ha ha ha, I knew you were going to use that scripture. That's the scriptures that caused most believers to err. If you're talking about Romans 7. Please read it in context. Start frome chapter 6 to 8, you will get the entire picture. Paul was comparing the law and the Spirit of life Christ Jesus. The law was what was causing him to sin but he said asked who shall deliver me from this body of sin? Read the last 2 verses, then read Chapter 8. Again read Paul's profile in Phillipians 3. You will see that Paul didn't struggle with sin as you suppose. Paul had no record of sin or wrong doing that's why he could say I have finished my course, there's now a crown..... And besides I raised a greater issue than Paul. God Himself said be thou Holy for I am Holy. God cannot ask you to do what is not possible. However, let me strike a balance. 1st John 2:1 says if we sin, we have an advocate, if meaning that it's possible to sin, it's not a must. Look I am not claiming to be holy than thou, but when I understand what grace was meant for, I began to overcome all the issues I use to have as a believer. For instance, like Arome, I can say since I got married I have not touched another woman 8 years now. It's because I saw that grace is meant for me to live right not the other way around.
@@TheEnacious As for the weakness, it's still grace because it was meant to keep him humble. That's different from sin. And please note that God still provided grace for him to overcome it. The overriding principle of grace is to make us exactly like Christ. We are created in Christ Jesus unto every good work. Christ has no sin, therefore any man who believes and works in that grace will get to that point.
@The Enacious , Those scriptures do not suggest Paul had any sin. But like i said.. Take your eyes off Sin or No Sin and put it on Jesus Christ.
Apostle Arome is a steward in these times and he's one of the strongest influences in my spiritual journey. I have never regretted listening to or watching this man of God teach God's Word and live God's life.

Apostle arome is one of the men of God that is not too big to admit their wrongs. He will openly say where he made errors in his walk with God and where he was chatised by God. All just to encourage his audience. How many preachers will do that today?
A man of God that encourages you to walk in holiness and build intimacy with God but yet some persons are so blind to see this.

We all have shortcomings when it comes to rebukes and criticism.
Pastor John A. might have had good intentions but used the wrong utterances.
His claim would've been supported by (1 Cor 10:12- Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall).
He would have stood on the lane of caution and intercession not advocating that he should come and apologize publicly... what for, for confessing his faith in righteousness? The scripture is clear.

I don’t follow either of them but I took time and watched both their videos concerning this issue and they both gave good insights… they were both right from my point of view. And I learned something from both their messages concerning this issue.
Apostle Arome is a true man of God. We cover him with the blood of Jesus. May the fire of God sorround him againsg.all.thrse curses of witches. He will not fall and he should not apologize for standing up for righteousness.

Preaching holiness is done by BOTH, from what I've heard. Pastor John Anosike knows what he meant as APOSTLE Paul also did only made similar utterance during his last days.
Holiness is what the church must pursue with every member of our body, by all believers and servants of God.

Apostle Arome is key and more straightforwardly on the narrow path than any of these MOG
Fairly speaking and unbiased; there is a thin line between self righteousness and righteousness of God.
Pastor John anosike discovered this thin line and that was why he spoke out. Pastor Arome’s claim was based on his own righteousness. It is not righteousness at all to challenge any man of God on that basis. The Bible says “ boast in the lord” not in your self control. Pastor John is here to correct the pulpit with the hand of iron. He is the man for the whole world. This answer I have written is without prejudice.

What I know is that both men of God are after holiness. May be each is referring to someone else. Us Christians and followers should not be adding fuels to disputes we are not sure about. Sometimes it is us the followers who bring about non deserving conflicts may God have mercy upon us all.

What john anosike is rebuking is the pride and comparison. Arose osayi case is different from prophet Samuel and Apostle Paul . They were talking to their congregation and using themselves as example. But Arome is comparing himself against other ministers and challenging them . More Like I am better than they. That's pride. That's what John anosike is rebuking. Pastor John anosike does not condone sin either but hes rebuking the pride of Arome osayi based on 2 cor 10:12 "those who compare themselves are not wise ". .

I think the World would see Christianity in a better light if most men of God were making this integrity check. We are tired of the disrespect and the distrust towards the body and the men of God in this generation. In my opinion, every 6 months every preacher should declare this, and present himself.
Keeping quiet is a form of insurance for their probable future misconduct, so that if you slip, your cartel will cover you and shut up the victims.
We need men of God to start doing this, then the World will know the church is not joking on purity and holiness.
And talking about comparison(out of context), nobody is comparing himself. He is merely calling others to align themselves with the standards of Samuel, or any Bishop (1Tim 3)for that matter. Comparison is based on vanity. Paul was talking about the limits of his authority, not on comparing levels of purity and holiness.

Well, if the Apostle said it with all humility of heart then he's right just like prophet Samuel, but if it's a matter of pride, only the ALMIGHTY God knows. There's no point to be offended. Let there be genuine love in the body of Christ.
I might have disagreed with Arome when he attacked some ministers but his ministry of holiness is very necessary in the body of Christ. This makes me understand that though Arome has unjustly attacked some men, he had a good motive, he was contending for holiness. May God keep you Holy Sir. May God continue to use you in the end time, to straighten up preachers and believers who don't care about holiness. We need holiness to be restored in the church.
It's unfortunate that a pastor should be offended at another man's stand on holiness and purity. My people please be careful who you listen to me. Jesus made it clear that we should be careful not to be deceived. A lot of deceivers are standing behind the pulpit spewing out evil spirits from their mouths and unfortunately they have numerous followers. May God save this generation.
