FINALLY IT'S EXPLAINED!!!!! OMG THANK YOU!!! I've been searching for 3 days trying to find out the mechanics behind WHY opening the loading port and by how much. Seriously, thanks!!!
@@StephenPaizis thank you! I’m a little hesitant(scared) to do fearing I’ll grind off to much, so what I’m doing is using a file to start with and see how that works out for me! I’ve found that my ports have sharp edges and were actually cutting my thump when practicing the twin load! Filing it down helped with that problem for me! Would still like to bring it down, maybe when I have more confidence to try! Again, thanks for the great video!
Hundreds of modifications have been made without issue. Many factories are now standardizing the more open loading port. When done properly there is no effect to longevity or reliability of the gun.

Should this be done on a shotgun used for combat applications? Such as a pump action and also a Benelli m1S90!
Yes, this can be done for any application, pump or auto.

Is there any reason why you wouldn't want an opened loading port on a shotgun? Does it increase chances of malfunctions or anything?

the Benelli performs shop super sports is not a shotgun to easily reload
