Love the Langoors(big monkeys) in the temple premises. It's so beautiful to see them co existing with us in peace with their families. The planet is equally for everyone. 🕉️
Yes absolutely! “The planet is equally for everyone” is exactly what we believe. Unfortunately, in the western world, most people believe, perhaps without realising, that the planet is for us (humans), and that everything else is here for our taking. Sadly, that has is why there has been a shocking decline in wildlife. 🙏
@MrDarcy-OlMan Yea, it's sad. I hope you had a wonderful time on your trip here. We have to learn a lot when it comes to waste management from the west and hopefully the people in the west realise that nature and animals and everything all makes up this beautiful planet. Without them and us coexisting, everything will collapse. No wonder, a lot of developed countries suffer from high depression cases. It's just too much of an impetus given to the concrete jungles. It has its place, I am not saying that, however we could do better and integrate and coexist with nature better. Also, I love the father-son relationship. I lost my dad a few years ago, during covid and going on trips like that is more of an impossible dream now, but I enjoy seeing you guys together. It makes me happy that someone is doing it and how it feels. Keep on traveling and having a wonderful experience, wish you a blessed life.
Most of India being Vegetarians does help and with moderate climate of India, veggies are available almost all 12 months here. Of course, majority does eat chicken and fish too. Earlier people would eat all kinds of wildlife, but with strict wildlife hunting laws, anti-pocher workforce by forest department and huge amount of public awareness campaigns, situation has wildly improved. In villages for example in my childhood, we used to eat everything from wild boars, turtoises, hares, pigeons, peacocks, porcupine and what not. Now a days though people stick to chicken, goats and fish. In Christian majority parts you do get beef too.

Felt like it ended too abruptly. Waiting for the next episode. Those big monkeys at the temple are called Indian Grey Langur monkeys. They are known to be aggressive to towards humans sometimes. Also down south we have makeshift vehicle transport boats that we call Jankaar in places like Alleppy and Munroe Islands Kollam.
True.. Many Indian households are very clean. However, their cleanliness stops at their own home. We have no problem trashing an empty space that is not ours. It always amazes me, my mom is a germophobe and we have a maid. Our home is swept and wiped, but she has no qualms dumping our rubbish in an empty neighborhood lot.
2 things that are a-must watch south of hampi- hebbe waterfalls which is nestled in between coffee eatates and other is hyosaleshwara temple- absolute marvel in stone cutting and architecture , and you will find good forest products too like wild honey, pain relief oils and spices❤ en route, lastly do try chicken or mutton ghee roast in that region

India is a country which values humanity and relationships more than any other hollow countries, Not saying it is perfect but better than most 🙏🇮🇳
This is the result if you take on premeditated thoughts and embrace the culture in its raw form. You enjoy every moment like a meditation
those school kids looks like from a Navodaya School. At our time back in 2006-12, we used to have that uniform in all Navodaya schools all over India. I hope it's still same.
❤❤❤ from UP India 🙏🙏

India is a big country with many different cultures and religions. Visiting a small part and reporting on what India is like is like doing a report on England after only visiting the Lake District.
