Awsome work. Looks great. Just missing a bellypan now. Just a word about the rear rotor and caution to viewers: theres many knockoffs out there made of chocolate, poorly machined, unbalanced so pay the money for these fine high quality items, i know first hand, it doesnt take long for judder and excess runout to set in with cheap crap.
Tuono factory are cast wheels. Only the rsv4 gets forged. I bought the rsv4 forged wheels for my Tuono (just need to get them painted Tuono red before fitting them).
@@Motomillion To be clear, I am not saying it will break because of the beautiful mods. I love what you've done with the bike. The problem is the Aprilia red tape come time to claim for warranty. They build awesome machines, but there also appears to be design flaws or defects. Of course they are aware of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, but they are also aware that "the process" to appeal a denial of warranty coverage is also painful process that not everyone is willig to do. For example, the oil consumption on v4's, Aprilia won't approve an oil consumption study until consumption reaches 1L/1000 miles. When that warranty claim is made, they ask the customer all the aftermarket mods installed and was the ecu map changed. Interesting fact too is that if the ecu is disconnected, the dealer said it logs it and the owner automatically voids the warranty.
The non factory models have cast aluminium wheels, the factory models have forged aluminium wheels. Difference in weight from cast to forged is front 0,9 kg, rear 1,9 kg. It is not the weight itself that is so interesting, but the effect of the weight on the physically determined gyroscopic forces of the wheels. And these are decisive for the handling and straight-line stability of motorcycles.
Again, knock it out the park with the wheel color combo. I think the color flow pattern is perfect. Great job, Manny 👌
Thank you! Cheers!
Bike Color scheme with the wheels looks sweet. I like blingy machined parts like that rear caliper mount.
Thank you Nick!
I wanted the rear wheel to be gold, but I agree on it overpowering the other colors. This white/black combo is nice!
Thank you!
the white front wheel and black rear wheel is an awesome choice
Thank you!
She’s an absolute beauty
She is!
LOVE the wheel color combo! 🔥
Thank you Chris!

Thanks for the tip!
On the 2020 TUONO 1100 Factory comes with cast wheels compared to the RSV4 comes with forge wheels
I think this Tuono V4 1100 Factory has forged wheels!

Sweet setup! The most interesting thing about all these mods is I am wondering how will Aprilia use all the beautuful mods to deny warranty.
Why do you think it will break?

Love it! If you ever need anything machined give me a shout and I can help you out. Wheels look great!l
Thanks! Will do!
When you fit the stylemas will you be doing the master cylinder too? Be interesting how much lighter the stylema is...
Need to look at specs because the current calipers have fluid snd very hard to get an accurate measurement. Also yes on the master.

Thanks for letting us know about the wheel differences between the models.
On the new Tuonos, even the factory models come with cast wheels. It may be different for the RSV4 model.
@@Jrstrdr you are right with the Tuonos, on the RSV4 models it's cast for the RR's and forged for the factory's
