You seem a little confused...which is typically Nept 1st 😄. Look at the degrees, if your Asc is 20 Sag, and Neptune is between 16 and 24 Sag, then yes Neptune is on the AC.

But having Neptune in the second house is more of money wise. I'm not really attach to the value of money. I'll be able to survive to off of a certain amount, with no problem. Tho sometimes I daydream about having lots of money I want it but i don't know how to get it but I also don't want to feel overwhelmed by having "so much" that I wouldn't know what to do with it. Giving it away is something I could do, but I don't want to that resentment that. If that makes any sense to you.
