When i apply for mutual transfer it shows that post and grade pay of initial appointment , address is not there, i contacted my dealing clerk, he said e -sr option is not visible in his system, he is asking for writing an application to sr. Dpo for this matter, so is it write or he is making me fool.please help🙏🙏🙏
These values needs to be updated in e-SR > Initial Appointment Tab, this is available to all DCs and they can edit these values for employees assigned to them. If DC is facing any issue in editing these values, ask them to raise a Service request in HRMS or contact HRMS helpdesk
Employee Master me 'Current Status' tab me Employee ko 'Trainee on Stipend' mark karne ka option available hai, and Stipend select karna ka option bhi ata hai. Sam option e-SR k 'Initial Appointment' Tab me bhi hai.
Sir, I have the same doubt......and after adding details in the previous service detail tab the appointment date should get changed to the earlier joining date but HRMS is not reflecting it...please clear the doubt

Sir HRMS me Pass or PTO cancel ❌ kyun nahi hota hai

As per recent Railway Board orders, e-SR entries have to be mandatorily made from 2019 onwards only. Entries prior to that are optional.

Yes, you can apply in HRMS, but whether it is allowed by your division or not, you will have to check in your division only

Apne personnel department me baat kijiye isse related. Decision making is in the hands of the Administration of your division/workshop only.

If you are asking about filling previous service details of the employee, it can be done by the DC through: e-SR > Previous Service Details
