The chopping board trick is such a great one, I do this too. Make sure to use very cold water, it makes the wood even less absorbant :)

Very nice! I have heard hairspray removes pen stains, although I've not tried it and I don't use hairspray so maybe someone else can try it and get back to us with the results. I remember using mineral oil to remove the oil residue that collected around the vent of the microwave. It worked really well and left a slick surface for next time I needed to clean there. Love your videos!!💖
Today I had to prepare some meat in sticks to take to a BBQ party we are invited. The board trick with rubber bands saved me a lot of time. THANKS ✌💛

Great tip about the water to prevent staining a wooden chopping board. I wonder if it will work with beetroot - I hate it when I chop beets and they stain the board! I will try next time. Thank you ❤

My package of jasmine rice says not to rinse the rice because it will drain out the vitamins and nutrients. What kind of rice do you use and is there a reason why you wash it first?
For ball point ink stains try hair spray just spray the stain until the stain dissolves and then wash the piece of clothing as usual 99% of the time the stain is gone.

I also use denture cleaning tablets, that you can get at dollar tree and soak the bottles. It works well. 😊

You can use any kind of degreaser for the hood. Spray it and leaveit for 2 mins. After u only need to wipe it away.

@@inspired9239 quoted from uncle google, "Like maple, walnut and cherry wood, bamboo is dense and good at keeping water and juices out. It makes a good material for cutting boards because it's lightweight and can be cleaned easily"
Best would be cutting board from maple wood, but bamboo is more affordable. The issue of bamboo board dulls knife faster than other type of wood can be easily solved by regular sharpening
