Ecclesiastes might be a great reading suggestion for people who doubt the existence of God and struggle with "The purpose of life" and are on-the-brink of seeking and opening up. Spoiler: back when strict censorship was something that all books went through, you couldn't publish something like this without pretending to be a believer. It was in fact just before Judaism/Christianity and then not until the late 1700s that you could have a serious philosophical debate. Even Shakespeare had to put bitter truths in the mouths of "insane" men like Hamlet and Macbeth.
I've always really struggled with reading the Bible a la my adhd brain, just forcing myself to play attention and understand the words and all, big struggle. Cannot over emphasize how awesome this channel is and how much it continues to help me. ❤
