I mean realistically it cant but it will still be badass if it can. It’s probably the spikes that can’t make it intercept the tornado. Plus it will probably take around 10-20 seconds to actually anchor/deploy the vehicle. it would be cool if someone actually made the vehicle to make it intercept.

No in the end Tyler's truck got draged and got flipped from outer wind of an ef 5 and Titus made it to the eye of the tornado and Titus almost intercept that tornado when the Titus flys you can see it's the backend of the tornado
