Landon, so cool of you to give Blake seat time. If you wanna be a good race car driver you gotta have that seat time. Its all about a rhythm. Everytime you get a little better. Youre a good dude Landon. And i love the shit out of these videos man.
Man, what an awesome opportunity for this young man. You gave him some great advice BTW. Next week don't forget to record the part where he says Harry, I'm dropping the hammer🤣. Awesome video!
Good job by Blake tonight June 4. He was moving up great. Sorry for what ever happened to the car. Congrats on your p3 in the first forty. Did a good job keeping that 9 car behind you in the second 40 tonight.
The sim definitely helped flatten the learning curve. Would’ve taken a lot longer to get comfortable and up to speed at this place without that additional time.
Our race team was built not that long ago after we decided iRacing wasn't enough and we wanted to go "real racing". It truly helped us hit the ground running in terms of race craft. There are tons of aspects that don't translate, but it definitely helped ease the process!
He did a great job now let him get his own car and see how he does in a pack had to throw the Rowdy Burns quote in there lol car sounds amazing love how it echos.
Sweet deal! While nowhere near a testing/coach environment like this, I'm booked to do the racewithrusty Late Model Experience at Anderson Speedway in Anderson SC this October. Just be cool to get to drive one in some way or fashion.
Another badass video Landon 👍. I had to take a little jail time vacation for couple of weeks, ha just getting back to it man. Blake did a awesome job, a great opportunity for this young man 👍. Y'all keep up the great videos Landon, y'all go get them 👍🏁👍🏁
Good luck Landon 👍 👊💯💥💫🏁 And Blake ! Welcome to reality brotha 😁 godd luck you're a winner when you bring the car back in 1 pc. 👍 good luck man but have fun 👍
Yo Landon cool video seeing Blake run .He did pretty dam good 👍 I bought a limited car last weekend in Virginia to run Tri county.Gonna take me a while to get it right but excited to get another shot to race .
in the process of building my first race car. a cavalier hornet for the dirt nothing crazy. but im excited to make my way from iracing to the real world.
Wish I could just get handed a ride to race. I have to buy my own ride and unfortunately had to take a break from late model racing because the price is so expensive these days!! Looking forward to getting back in one as soon as I get done with nursing school and can actual afford it again!!
I agree on that, but we all know deep pockets gets you the rides at the next level. It’s been like that since the early 90’s. Keep up the videos I enjoy watching them, reminds me of how fun it was driving those cars. Wish my area would actually sponsor race cars again, they stopped doing that about 10 years ago. They all got tired of all the fights that happen every week at our local tracks and refuse to be apart of that circus. Good luck and win that Championship!!
Hey Landon how much does a late model roller sell for over by you? I have a chassis but needs everything, I think it would be better to buy a roller then try and buy parts to make mine a roller unless quickchanges are pretty decent price over that way!! They want mint price for junk over here in Michigan
Don't get me wrong, I'm a dirt tracker first and foremost. However, that being said, NOTHING sounds better than an asphalt late model, echoing off the walls and the track surface, especially when you get to that " popopop" of it bouncing off the rev limiter. If that don't get your heart beating.....
Could someone just go into late model racing without any prior experience? There’s a late model for sale near me and I love the racing. Not taking about just buying the car and entering a race that first weekend, but buying it, working on it, taking it for test days, getting comfortable and then going racing. Maybe you like make a side gig of coaching?
That would be awesome Bro Landon, I'll be there Next Week Your buddy Matthew is coming to hickory Next Saturday Wishing you and Blake all the luck Next Week bring home a Win Win for your buddy Matthew My🎂 B-day🎂 is coming in June You and Blake might win on my 🎂🎂birthday 🎂🎉 My b-day is coming on June 8th I'll be coming there to see you and Blake Next Week on June 4th Wishing you both good Luck Matthew says hi to you 👋🏻👋🏻 🤘🎸🤘 Keep on Rockin Rockstar Bro🤘🎸🤘
So Awsome you giving these guys the opportunity we definitely need audio when Travis drives can you imagine get the f out of my fn way you son of a bleep. Lol
Definitely not going to be a versus for me! I’m excited as hell to see Travis run. We’ll both be in different series’/cars as well. I’ll cheer him on as hard as anyone
now you should do one with a driver who has put in the effort for years but has never had the best equipment. not someone who just shows up after playing PlayStation
I don’t think you understand how it works brother. Blake is heavily involved in the short track racing community, he has strong supporters too. You have to figure out how to market yourself so that we can turn it into opportunities. I’d love more than to give everyone an opportunity, but I can’t even afford to spend my money on myself racing
Sometimes that person has to step back, reevaluate ,get their money right and come back in top notch equipment instead of staying in junk rides. That’s what I had to do. Took me 9 years to get my money right. No one was going to pay my way and I was totally cool with that.
I wouldn’t mistake having never raced before as not putting in any effort to make it happen. Hell, I’ve never had bad or good equipment… I’ve never had any. Guess that means I don’t deserve the chance because I prepared a different way?
@@mrf4speed743 you ever miss prom because you were traveling for a race? You ever miss field trips, or work three jobs to support your car? I LOVE THAT SOUND....when you couldn't see the car, coming off 2, hearing the echo getting louder and louder....FREAKING AWESOME!!!
so badass, proud of Blake and can't wait to see him do it for real next Saturday night!
Great first test! We will get him a bit quicker and be ready to battle!
When are you going to get behind the wheel. I think you will do great and will use your nascar thunder 04 knowledge to good use.

Lol absolutely! Thanks for watching!
WOW!! Didn't know IRacing was THAT good!! Pretty good laps, especially for the first time!! Good luck next week, Blake!! And you too, Landon!!!
Thanks man!
We went from iRacing into a 4 cylinder and worked our way through the ranks; it's awesome to see videos like this, very cool!
Thanks dude! y’all keep digging!
How awesome was that..was cool to see Blake progress as he got a better feel of what to do.
Took a minute but once we got him comfortable he looked like he had been in it many times before!
Awesome to see someone get this type of experience!
First of many sir!
No 4x’s!
Good times for the first time in a car. Slowly build up speed getting comfortable is key. Looking forward to next week test..
Next week we race!!
awesome to see you mentoring an iracing guy onto the real time deal!
Trying my best!

Is this Landon Huffman youtube channel associated with the Landon Huffman Iracing member?
Alright cool as a stock car driver and deciding all month if I want to build a gaming pc just to be apart of iracing, this has convinced me 😂

Blake was the color announcer for a season with the Owls

Nothing on oval and zero racing experience minus a lemons car at Sonoma
