I remember whenever I first played I was so surprised by how little this game had. They couldn't even make it so that when you increase throttle, the throttle in the cockpit moves up. I don't think it'd even be that hard to add. Just small details like that can make a huge difference.
tweeningservice is hard for objects, IN moving objects
Stuff like that requires coding though and that increases lag. the game's goal is to be able to be run on mobile devices as well as computers. Also keep in mind that there are 2 developers.
wlep that needs tweening which is not quite hard yo script but you'll have to rebuild the entire aircraft
@@skylerstream9634 tweening is easier with achored parts. i dont think you can tween objects while its attached to a plane. the entire plane is a group, so you can insert the plane kit. but throttle must be seperated in a whole other group WHILE being connected to the planem

plus you might not need to tween the position if the part origin is set properly(?)
Ptfs has became so advanced now too, they’ve added all the animations for doors and stuff on their new military, cargo, and a passenger planes, it’s certainly possible for animated gears and opening doors

Animated gear - Orange would need to rebuild all planes and would need to work for the flaps and landing gear controls to be combined.
Animated door - Orange would need to rebuild all planes
PVP/Bombing, gunning, and plane missiles - PTFS Trollers would find a new way to troll people by bombing, aiming at them with their guns, and using missiles!
Crash Physics - If Crash Physics was added, Orange would need to rebuild the planes but with crash physics, but not just that! Since a lot of Parts are used to form the design, it could cause more lag in PTFS.
I’m not sure why there are some missing Embraer Jets but it might be added in the future updates of PTFS!
Pushback tugs - Can’t be good for realistic RP/Roleplay or Plane stories.
Animated Cockpit Controls - This would take ALOT of work to work on even if it is EXTREMELY cool.

Yeah exactly that would be very much for him since he only has a handful of people to help and samisage would be doing most of the work but that would have taken a very long time with schedules
wait you said that the pushback tug WOULDEN'T be good for realistic RP's?

2:59 Yes. The crash feature has been removed for a typical reason. You see new « non » av-geeks are more likely to take a American 767, only to recreate events or crashes, that’s why Orange removed it.

My Ideas: Working Seatbelts at all Seats, New Fighter Jet: Panavia Tornado, New Plane: Boeing E-3A, New Feature for Fighter Jets: Shoot Missiles (Doenst take damage, just for RP), Drop Bomb (Also for RP and doenst take damage), Flight Attendant's Seats, Tools Gui: Equip/Unequip Service Cart (For Flight Attendants)/Life Vest/Suitcase, Oxygen Mask, Animations like Brace, Wave, Show Ticket, Put/Take Luggage at Overhead Bin/Security Control and they should add Security Control at all Airports. Thats all

sorry my phone dosent have the boebus or airing boeing and airbus engine graphics card and we don't have those types unless you get a terabyte or 12 terabytes

Alternative to animated gear: a fade in and out. I feel like that would be a lot easier to make than animated gear, and think some flight sims like Novus or aeroflights already do it
Aero flights does that I think, but a fade in/out is still pretty unrealistic

I Think orange is trying to keep the game a little more low detail so it can apply to mobile players. Most other flight sims are really big and realistic, but take a strong device to run.

If ur on a not strong mobile device just use low detail

Another requested feature is: More Airlines such as Japan Air Lines since we don’t see it often in ptfs, 2: The Boeing 717 Boeing 707 plus a Dreamliner + Special variant and Neo, 3: A320 family such as A318 A319 A321 since they are not in game 4: Collisions since that could make 727 runway collision Tenerife airport disaster, DC-8 (united) and TWA 2 (turboprop) and some more 5: Hard landing gear loss depending on speed would be AMAZING because you can remake some gear losses like A C 143 Garuda Indonesia whatever flight it was and the 2 rayan air crash landings 6: Birdstrikes because you could remake US airways Hudson landing 7: The ability to land on water (if its not a hard landing) so you can make your own river emergency landing 8: Old Lufthansa livery Like the Concorde livery so you can remake the TFALC A340 9: DC-10 aircraft so you can remake DC-10 crashes 10: More MD-11 Passenger Airlines because there is only KLM and Swiss, 11: Engine loss ability so you can remake American Airlines 191, ALSO COMES WITH TAIL LOSS so you can remake American 587 (1. Tail loss 2. Engine loss before crash) And JAL 123 and more! P.S: I’ll edit comment to add more Needs in PTFS

But i think we also need more different aircraft companies like gulf stream, tupolev, lookheed martin and boeing I MEAN McDonnell douglas (ik we have md-11 and dc-10 but i mean like dc-3/2 ect). We also need beter cargo planes, you cant actually transport stuff on plane EXCEPT for an-225. Speaking about antonov i think we need more antonov planse likd 148 and 124

Most of these like live cockpits and gear animation may never be added because remember, Orange is alone making this, as Project flight has 10s of devs

@@romanfourhundredThat still isn’t a lot, also if he were to add everything in this video he’d have to completely rework every plane, and if crash physics were added the game would get wayyy laggier, since aircraft would need more parts. It isn’t as simple as pressing an “add physics” button
In my opinion, every player should have a panel where he can choose between an engine fire or decompression, a landing gear fire or a luggage compartment fire. There are many possibilities, and from old planes I would add the Ilyushin IL 62M and the Tupolev Tu 154

The animated doors and gear will never happen as orange would have to remodel every plane AGAIN to make them work

i know it can only be used in 1 place but if the seaplane gamepass also came with ski planes which i think would work good with a douglas dc3. i know normal planes can land in snow but it would look cool still

Optional missiles amd bombs for fighter jets (just modelled, not functional) would be cool. Bring able to even customise and pick your loadout

I would also like if they add 717's, DC-10's, A300's, plane scrappings, and custom airlines and liveries which will be a group benefit. And most importantly, access to every aircraft by group rank - So if airliner, then you have access to A380.
We most def needs this updates in ptfs i would add a new touch to the game. i'm also looking forward to more russian planes such as the I-76 orange could also use the the an-225 body and put two engines for an AN-124. ptfs is doing great but theres stuff to add and improve on in the game!
The pushback truck might be annoying in public servers, especially when you're trying to taxi and suddenly you get grabbed by a pushback tug and just get taken to a random place.
I would like the landing gear on the A220 to fold like the landing gear on the 737, they have landing gear that you can see when retracted, the A220 has the landing gear that disappears

the only reason these features havent been added is for performance reasons. if they added all of these features, not as many people would be able to play it due to the graphics and thehy would lose members
if you want to make the gears animated , Orange would remodel all the planes but he wont make it , plus the Embarer 190 has been added to the game
We need round illuminators and upper panels in the cabin
i have 2 things they should add, interior walls on planes, for example if you use southwest 737, cockpit would be blue, i also think they need to add more cargo liveries, most cargo planes only have 2 liveries, MORE
1 thing i really want is control of the trotle of diferent engines like turn 1 engine off and 1 on would be cool
The engine fire thong would be cool if it also puffs out some smoke once or twice before catching fire, actung a bit like a warning sign but then if it puffs put some smoke ot may not always lead to a fire
If PTFS did add crash physics, it would probably get a lot more hype and get players from like Project Flight sim to join PTFS. For example, I do Project Flight sim but if PTFS added it then I’d play PTFS more
We NEED good braking. When you put reverse thrusters on, you just stop instantly. We NEED slower braking to stop slower. We also need air brakes.
I have an idea for the tug. If you play infinite flight, when you click/tap pushback, a tug appears in front of your plane. Then, the tug attaches to the front landing gear. When the tug pushes the plane, you could control the tug to go left/right and finally, the tug detaches and disappears when you tap stop pushback or whatever it says. That seems to be a great idea to me!
#4 should probably add a request pushback button as people will troll other people
Or for the crash physics things make them teleport to another game and an Exact replica of ptfs but with no buildings
I want that the steering wheel moves when you steer that would be nice :)
The animated door is the Ryanair 737 and the airstair. Also thank for the tip cuz im a cargo shit my damn wrench!
on the 10th feature PTFS should do it like Project Flight did like you can control what emergencies you have like engine failure, flaps failure, gear failure etc
Also a good idea is a German airport. Like Berlin Tegel or Frankfurt. But Berlin Tegel was sadly closed in 2020. But the architecture is beautiful

The pushback tug is complicated for if it has the ability to connect to the planes it would be very laggy the best suggestion is an NPC truck that appears to you when doing a pushback but still it would be ugly to see a pushback tug spawning out of nowhere.
The 707 wasn’t the first jet airliner it was the dash 80 from boeing

What i want for PTFS to update is the Sukhoi and the A-10, More military aircraft, And working/moving Control surfaces Elevators rudders etc only for Fighter aircraft since it looked weird and physics defying for it when its not moving
The video didn't mention, but embraer also have a military-cargo airplane named KC390. It's huge and beautiful. I'm from Brazil and live in a city near a embraer factory. I've seen the kc390 do a low-pass over here a lot of times. Would be amazing have in game to play.

After orange remodels English Electric and Mig 15 he should add animated gear for the remodelled aircraft

these are all nice but orange has stated if it cant be made clean / not laggy hes not doing it the game is meant to be played on lower end devices which also now means phones which is a more recent development ive been in the community for a hot minute he has to repeat this like a broken record

An Embraer was just added along with animated doors.
Animated landing gear may not be implemented anytime soon, but you know what COULD be implemented? TILTING gear. Essentially what the concept is, is that whenever you steer your plane on the ground, the front landing gear remains still, but with tilting landing gear implemented, the gear will move based on the direction you are steering your plane, this would need some extensive testing however, and I think that if it was added, at the very least it would be an option you can enable/disable in the settings.
i think you mean turning from wheels. tilted gear is already a thing.
If some people don’t like crash physics there should be a feature to disable it so that the feature could stay.
I'd love to see some APU in cockpit, so you can calculate speed to take off, speed to decide and etc
My thing is, PTFS doesn’t need to be top of the line. It’s just a regular casual flight sim made in Roblox Studio. You can’t compare it to PF or other ones, because they aren’t the same.
If crash physics get added there should be a button to turn on and off aircraft collisions with other players but not objects

As a little developer its hard to do these stuff,PTFS is not that big of a game and the delevopers dont know much about,to do all these,its easy doing animated gear but the other stuff are hard.
My idea was that during taxiing if they added the front gear movement it would be very good tbh
Make Flaps have animations. Other Plane simulators such as project flight has animations for the flaps and also sounds for them.

Engine fire will be a problem since the speeds run out immediately and stalls and also you can’t gain speed by decending
We need passenger Oxygen Masks too
The crash physics one and the emergencies are soooooo necessary to be added

That would be way too big to fit on mobile screens.

I mean they added radios but there’s barely any people on them and I’m sure if they had vc only servers a lot more people would use this cool feature

They should add liveries of real air display teams for planes like Extra 300s
For me I need real physics like you could do a vertical takeoff and go up to 50000 ft in the an225 and there is also no gliding
I think they should remodel a350 (add virgin Atlantic,azul even tho they retired it,ita airways and Latam and also they should remode a220 and airbus beluga and make it XL too
