I feel like I’ve learned quite a lot from your videos and I love how much emphasis you put into warming up. Too many people I’ve had try to massage me want to just start right off going deep and it hurts way more than it does any good. Just like working out, the areas youre working need to be moved around a bit before you lift heavy weights.
I literally hate it lol. I'll have some of his videos in a playlist when I just want to sit and chill and whenever one of them start I'm jolted awake with loudness smh
