- Hi guys it is Hanif from eclipse all sports. Just wanted to bring you a quick video review, showing how hard it is to spot a fake CA cricket to a genuine CA cricket bat and what things to look out for.

Thanks Hanif for highlighting this issue.The key is not to buy any cricket bats from E-Bay. I bought a custom made BDM bat from Hanif and it is excellent and genuine.I too bought a CA plus 15000 from the guy ,Hanif is talking about only to get a heavy Kashmir willow bat that looks identical the fake bat shown in this video.The seller goes by the name of Muddabar Hussain and he asks the customers to pay for the bat using paypal ( He initially asked me to send the money via western union to his poor family in pakistan to which I refused)and to make the payment as a friend on paypal.Thereafter you cannot claim a refund as the payment goes as a gift and not as a purchase .I hope he gets arrested
Lol this had me ripping the toe guard off my CA12000 I bought on eBay. All good though. 9 lovely straight grains through the toe. Now to break out the shoe goo...

The bats come with a code that is revealed once scratched, are these codes genuine if they come up on the CA website or are these also copied codes

It is not possible to copy the sticker's unique number. With that unique number, if one registers the bat on CA website, entering the same unique number another time gives the owner's registered details. How can someone fake this ?
Unless someone in CA sells these numbers .

Great video.. but one question.. I have used English willow and Kashmir willow for last 20 years but on Durability Kashmir willow is above English Willow...What's your view?
Kashmir willow will be pressed harder for durability. Kashmir willow tends to be more dense and bats tend to be very heavy for their size. English willow is naturally lighter and tends to be pressed softer for better performance, but this can reduce durability. Harder pressed bats will be more durable than softer pressed bats.

If we order bat from the official website of CA then have we any chance of getting fake bat or the bat will be 100 percent genuine?
Buy from official website or authorised seller and you will be fine.

Eclipse All Sports oh ok. it can be possible these bats are made by CA itself. so if Its barcode shows under CA website it can be known. If possible for I can u check the same with the guy who bring in.

Such a nice bate. I played with it for a long time. Now I am not playing but I would prefer to the young players to buy it. And there is one another bate by the name of IHSAN. It was also such a great bate. But I don’t know it Pakistan produce it any more. But good luck to CA. I have such a nice memory’s with this bat.

What's the seller name on EBay? I think is the same seller I fell prey to. I bought CA 9000 plus and it has 2 will attach together. One in the back and one in front. but the grain matches on the toe.
DON28ist I think the bat you bought is a double cleft. if the bat has large edges I believe it to be genuine. it is a model CA have released.

If the product gets verified from CA website so is it confirmed that the product is original? Some signs in my bat are similar to fake bats but it is got verified from the website. I am confused now
If CA website says it is genuine, you should be ok. If you are still concerned, you can email CA direct and they will verify for you.

You can only get JPGavan bats from two places.

what's the ping difference between Kashmir and English willow ?
CarbonImpulse kashmir willow felt much harder, but this is not always the case, some kashmir bats can ping well. Kashmir willow is normally much denser so you will get small bats, but very heavy.

Can't you remove the fake grain's sheet on this bat, and tell how to identify the fake grains if it is applied on the toe as well?
Sunil Poojari this was not my bat, removing the toe guard you can see the real grains which was 4 or 5 this is the easiest way to tell.
Eclipse All Sports If the fake grains sheets is applied to the toe as well, then how to identify?
If applied to the toe then toe guard applied on top, When you remove the toe guard this will pull the grain sheet off as well.

Melvin John they are fitting the bats with fake barcode stickers. Just try and buy from a reputable retailer. If in doubt contact CA to find out if they have sold to the seller

U mean the barcode is not reliable too. What about the 12 digit scratch code that we can verify in the CA website?
Melvin John only issue with the scratch code is that you have already purchased the bat before you can check it.
