I am a nurse and I am struggling to sleep. will be working two consecutive 12 hours tomorrow and its nearly midnight I am still wide awake!!! THANK YOU FOR THIS!!! 😍
I am 19 and I think I will never have a wife or child because I have Parkinson's disease, the symptoms I have such as dysphagia or tremor are difficult to live. Imagine going out with a guy who can't even eat, who shakes when he grabs the spoon or who has trouble eating, but I don't even want to eat anymore because it's a real problem for me, even worse sometimes I buy a lot of food and I hide in a corner of the house far away to gobble up all the food like a pig, so I never eat in front of other people, so I don't really have any friends. In short, I have trouble eating so it's over for me unless I undergo an adapted treatment but I don't have the means and I don't want my relatives or my friends to know that I have Parkinson's disease, so it's over for me I have to prepare myself to stay alone for the rest of my life...

I am sure they will be willing because there are people who care about you than you can imagine. Take one day at a time, mate. And don’t be too hard on yourself. 🙂 x

So I have super terrible anxiety, like I have to listen to have white noise 24/7 to keep my thoughts from racing and when I need to sleep asmr does the trick. I’m not kidding when I say that she is probably one of the best ppl to get me to sleep bc her whole vibe is just very comforting
