Govt needs to reduce the strength of clerks babus from 33 million to Less than half and increase the strength of CAPF organisations police ,nurses Doctor’s teachers and other emerging professions . The govt must totally remove files from govt offices and redundant jobs of Ldc , udc, assists superintendents section-officers reduced or totally eliminated and given to It organisations like Infosys , TCS HCL and back office companies

Instead of IPS officers , cadre officers of CAPF should be rotated through RAW , IB , police home ministry appointments and then given foreign courses exposure and take up top posts of their cadres . IPS officers with NSG , SPG , state IB , RAW , IB exposure must come on deputation with some army specialists as DIGs ,IGs .
A Large no of Lt Lt cops Cols Brigs and maj generals must be taken on deputation in BSF , ITBP SSB and JCos for managing operations training and joint ops
Like integration of theatre commands of armed forces , BSF , ITBP ,SSB, Assamrifles CISF CRPF must be integrated with army for operations intelligence with joint commands where army Agniveers after 5 to 7 years are taken into these organisations with short service commission officers with common operations intelligence Logistics .

Yes the army is there in LoC areas where they have multiple tiers but not the international border sector. There the army is in conventional role and not involved in border guarding. The BSF has to be in sync with the local Police if infiltration takes place. Also army can be requisitioned if reports are received and given to army but putting the blame in this scenario on army is totally wrong.
If there are ~5 lakh opiate addicts in the valley, then after considering their consumption averages, the monthly requirement of heroin alone in the valley is nearly 9-10 tons.The quantum and the regularity of supply ( number of addicts have increased btwn 2020 and 2024 ) suggests an inside man or compromised sector, or both. The forced removals following a sudden increase in militancy seems to suggest a pressure on the inside man to increase throuhput, with a distraction to enable such clandestine movement. Possibly through lax patrolling to allow infiltration. In sum, an unforgivable lapse of duty, reason, and plain good sense. Edit : establishment stooges such as YSA may need a certain tact and nuance to not exhibit an enthusiasm for favouring 1 camp over another. Narrative management is art, not artfulness.

Bsf needs it's own chief from bsf cadre and not an Ips officer.
The responsibility of babus of home ministry NSA PMO must also be fixed for sitting on files for modernisation acquisitions .

We must closely monitor officers at the border and enforce a zero-tolerance policy against infiltration.
