I think "noticed" was made because foxy has his own stage. And maybe they'd think that means everyone goes to the main stage, but he's the most popular animatronic, I think he's been in every fnaf game (sorry Chica). I think foxy was given his own stage, because he was so cool the he had to get his own stage, to cool for the others. I guess you could say... he's *out staging them*
