i would not dare tell parents how to raise their children. But I thought that for the parents to deliberately separate the twins in school in order to foster independence was maybe a tad too much parental engineering. The twins find strength and comfort in each other. Let that dynamic play out. Don't be so pro-active in separating them. Let them find their their own level of interaction. That's true independence, letting them figure it out themselves.

I know because I had a Riley in my family. I say had because i cut off contact with my toxic sister. She was sneaky, poking through my belongings when I wasn't around. A meddler and instigator. Couldn't stand for anyone else to get more attention than she did. Didn't know and didn't care about "familial harmony." Yelling at people. Of course, my mother doted on her. Bragged about her. I put it in my rearview mirror and got on with my life.

When they do something wrong they need a little tap on the hand to let them know that pulling hair for example isn’t nice. I’ don’t mean that they should be beat! Or abused in any way shape or form because that is wrong! Kids need to behave. When my son was 5 yrs old & we were in the Mall shopping, we saw a little boy kicking his mother in the legs & throwing a big tantrum. The mother couldn’t do anything w her kid. He was out of control at 5 or 6 yrs old! My son looked up at me & said, “mommy, I’d never kick you like that little boy is doing to his mommy”. So you see, at 5 yrs old & much younger kids know that it’s wrong to kick their parent. My daughter was never corrected. She was allowed to pitch tantrums , misbehave & act however she wanted. Her grandparents babysat for me & everything I did, they would undo! They would constantly tell her that they wouldn’t going to let me spank her & etc.... It was so very ignorant of my parents to have done that. It’s ignorant of anyone that does not correct their children from bad behavior, whatever it might be!!

Adam apparently doesn't need to work anymore - This show is very scripted. The children are constantly in front of the camera. The show is boring.
Every reality TV show is scripted...And they are very aware of that they said it constantly on their insta and they said that they don't force their kids to go in front of the camera if they don't want too. And if you watched the show in the beginning they do show the routine of having children! Like Adam said to a person like you " Dont believe everything you see on TV" A hour show doesn't mean you know their whole life story
