You'll be fine... you're taking all the precautions, your wisdom is showing! Don't forget to throw in a packet of zip-ties, you never know when they'll come in handy.
Ha mate when you come into Newcastle be aware the the runout tide can run up to about 4 to t0 5 knots, This Thursday the 24th I have the fellows coming to clean the bottom of my boat after seeing then do your boat
She should be fine if she is in good nick, even a designed coaster can go out onto open ocean for a passage with no worries. proper planning and fuel load for such a passage naturally.
🤞you know if you ride the goat offshore it will no doubt have ramifications. Sort the prop out what else can you do, what comes will come. Good chance to test your new equipment its all in the experience gained. Bonus is you get to go on another trip with dad. But christ that is a trudge at 7 knots.
i got all excited lol, then realised you're uploading existing Kiarra vids to this channel . (insert smiley face here) . have you considered marking new content on this channel with the word new ?. cheers Frank
Hey mate, I have put up several new video mate. If you see an upload on a Wednesday it's a reupload from the original channel as I slowly bring them all over. Any new content is uploaded on the weekend mate. Sorry for the confusion but there definitely is new stuff going up most weekends
Hey Mate, How Are You Doing On The BMWobbleYou Engine? I'd Really Love To See You Doing That Engine Swap And What The Results Will Be. Thanks Again For All Your Awesome Footage!😎
I'm sure I'm not the first to say i like what your doing and your dedication to bringing her back to a proper life. The one thing that bothers me more than anything is she's so grossly under powered. I'm hoping that the overplan is to change that power plant for something more ribust.
I mate, that a good idea about putting an upload date in the description to help people make sense of it all. I do understand it's a bit confusing but I felt moving them across was the right way to do it so I can keep all the boat content in one place. I think I only have around 10 more episodes then it's all caught up.

It was a long way at 7knots that for sure.
I hope the voyage goes well and you get safely to your new mooring
this is an OLD episode!............ hes done this trip half a year ago.
As Jim said this one is a upload from the other channel. I'm slowly bringing all the original videos over to keep all the boat content in one section
Any update on the bmw parts ?
I have almost every except for 2 sets of piston rings that hopefully will be available in the next few weeks.
Thank you mate that's very kind of you to say
Go with the tide. It will end up at the same place either way. 😂😂 I did that once it wasn't a good time. Will she be sitting in salt? Good day mate.

Hi mate, I'm in the process of building the BMW now and hopefully the next weekend upload will be of substantial progress on it.
I'm sure I'm not the first to say i like what your doing and your dedication to bringing her back to a proper life.

Thanks mate and yes you dead right she is very underpowered. I am building a BMW marine diesel to do a repower in the not too distant future.
This was a bit confusing as I was sure you had moved the boat that way already. Maybe need to add the original upload date in the title or notes.
agree!
I will make mention of it and put the dates in the description section from now on 👍
