He needs to tell us exactly what size increase he is asking for so we as carriers know because he may still be asking for an increase that is unacceptable to the majority of carriers! It needs to be much greater than 1.3 percent a year how about 10 percent a year with back pay then you might get it approved.
He can’t prove you wrong cause he already sold us 100 times and if a miracle happens and he magically wakes up(which I seriously doubt) still the damage is done! What the hell was he waiting up until now?

This guy is a horrible negotiator. He thinks the membership voted NO simply because of a pathetic 1.3%. This guy screwed every letter carrier with regards to 20 minutes of office time. I can't wait to vote Renfraud and the establishment out. This union's leadership has failed, and as a 30-year dues paying member, i am embarrassed by the unwillingness of leadership to fight the Postal Service. We need to be able to STRIKE and gain actual leverage. The NALC has never fought for the right to strike because they have been looking out for the interest of management and themselves.

Starting pay at Costco is $20/hr. It’s not like they get $33/hr to start.
