We laughed about the fact that he did everything he could to mask aliasing in his early 8-bit samplers and how now that's actually a feature that people WANT! (Myself included!) 😄 Awesome guy! 👍🏻
Dave is a genius synth pioneer and legend. I am looking forward to my new Rossum modules. Would love to have the Assimil8or and Control Forge modules in the future.
New to eurorack.. Really in love with this thing. Do I need a CV generator to make patterns with it..? I'm just confused because I want to use this mainly for sound design, but I also want to be able to loop and create sequences as well. Thank you.

Need a sequencer
yes, either an LFO or sequencer of some type to generate patterns from samples. You also want a good CV mixer and a sequential switch would be useful.
Its time to make a proper professional sampler, we have nothing on the market that has pro grade converters other than this beautiful machine.
