From what I can tell, Donna’s Recipe contains 10,000mcg of biotin and the Nature’s Bounty contains 2500mcg of biotin. So that may explain the growth spurt. I’ve been taking NB for years, but may have to give Donna’s a try!
85% of the time they don’t really perform for me. I’ve tried using different wall outlets, new plugins and even the adjustable one….but I don’t always get decent performance
