Rdr2 is definitely worth playing, it also has some funny dialogue here and there but the story is more on the serious route, I've replayed it like 5 times
Im on on my 3rd playthrough rn. One of the few cinematic games I actually don't mind sitting through the cutscenes every time. And the gameplay is just amazing.
People who aren’t even gamers need to experience the immersion of RDR2, whenever I finished work or Uni I would come home and play and it felt like I was living a different life.

I played it for the first time all the way through in the last couple months when it came to ps plus. I tried it before but sucked at the shooting and quit early on. Second time through it was easy and enjoyable.

Good suggestion for people who know about Grand theft Auto but for a newcomer who started off playing five I wouldn't recommend going backwards😂

GTA Online is packed with 10 years of free DLC. lots of heists & buying businesses. its way easier to make money nowadays too. make sure to play in a invite only session so nobody bothers you.
they also just remastered GTA 3, Vice City, & San Andreas for ps5
Yeah, I was just about to recommend an Invite-Only session as well. It's a good way to get oriented without getting griefed by a-holes in the lobby. I'd also recommend getting crewed up if you plan to get into the grind long term. Cheers!
Have you heard of Sleeping Dogs? It's kinda similar to GTA, but in china, the story is pretty good. The gameplay is a mix of driving sequences, gunfights and also some close combat similar to the batman arkham games.
Sleeping dogs is so good, Its like 80s Hong Kong kung fu movies, like playing a Jet Li or Jackie Chan movie. I wish they'd make a sequel to it.

A big reason it’s still popular on twitch is because of GTA RP, it’s people roleplaying as characters within a set of rules, it’s wildly entertaining

Red Dead 2 is a pretty slow game and hard to learn some stuff but honestly its one of the best games there is, way better than GTA V which was already amazing
Red Dead and Red Dead 2 next. Even better games. GTA 4 is still my personal favorite. I hope they finally remaster that game and its DLC, so you can experience Niko Belic. I'm glad you finally got to experience GTA.
The "stunt tits" line that Tyrone had to edit out all by itself is 10/10. Now Tyrone has to go back and do a re-watch for GTA6 trailer react to it again!

Red dead redemption two is arguably the greatest game of all time. The story is just incredible. You’ll love it.
If u thought the story of gta 5 is good u really need to play red dead redemption 2 it is much more grounded western open world game also done by rock star and way better graphics however u will fall in love with the characters and might get u emotional with some twists and turns hope u try it out and playing red dead 2 won't spoil red dead 1 since its a prequel to that game

I'm glad you enjoyed the game! It is a great start for your preparation for GTA VI
I'm gonna be honest, Tyrone. GTA online is fun but it is VERY grindy, it's going to take hours of gaining money(which isn't as easy as it is on Story Mode) just for you to afford to get an apartment and start heists. I suggest just reacting to the bigger GTA online storylines like the recent Franklin and Lamar storyline where we see them in current day(10 years after GTA 5's story)
Tyrone, I STRONGLY suggest RDR2. If you think GTA V had a great story, Red Dead makes it look like a SNL skit

Though GTA 5 doesn't have any DLC for story mode you do get more story on GTA Online especially with Franklin who years later is married with kids and opens a "Celebrity Solutions Agency" that has you do missions for Dr Dre.

The main reason GTA V is one of the most streamed games currently is because of roleplay which has nothing to do with the actual game other than it being in los santos

A great game that is, without a doubt, the best thing Rockstar has done in the history of video games.
I still have to finish rdr2, i was mesmerized by how good that game looks, story was good from what i played to. Its almost too realistic at times but i highly recommend it

Glad you enjoyed GTA, and if you do end up playing RDR2, I think you'll have a blast with that as well, the story is fantastic and the gameplay is engaging with so much to see and do.
The only possibility I could see Rockstar making it as a Movie, is if Martin Scorsese does it with the Original Cast as a 3.5 hours movie.
It's the only way i could see Steven Ogg returning as Trevor.
RDR2 is actually really good, I didn't think I would like it... but it's honestly a very solid game. Online might piss you off when you come across certain players... but thats every game I suppose.
The PS2 trilogy is well worth a go, so much nostalgia for me
I do not like Westerns but Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the best stories ever told in a Videogame. I hold it up higher that GTA5 by a long way.

I pray GTA6 is good, but the first bit information i heard on the gsme a year back was the game wont make jokes about "protected classes" ie LGBt, and Racial stuff.
GTA V is so much funner on PC, when you can mod it, i hadnt played it on console in years, but did play on PC, and modded it and added real police cars, sirens, had the mod menu, being able to spawn any car, plane, helicopter, tanks, etc, etc. get all weapons, never run out of ammo, never wanted, never get killed, its just so much fun. I cant play it on PC after playing it modded.
