Design brief is to provide the dwellers a lifestyle living space, a valuable and well laid out space planning with out compromising light and ventilation. At the same time is to satisfy the alloweable built up area as per the norms. There are 60 dwelling units with necessary amenities, with 30 below and 30 above around the central courtyard. Every individual unit is accessed by a private front garden space thus privacy is taken care and feel of villa is more achieve than just an apartment units.

Amazing place to stay and exceptionally well shot video (quite realistic rendition of the place)...if anything David Attenborough's narration is missing :)
