    You zoomed the name and I found it: in Amazon and Walmart "Eccomum baby bottle warmer"... it is fantastic that you used. Actually this product is versatile because anyone thought using it to do skin glue. Thank you again and you are reveiling the secrets of isntrumentmakers kkkkk !

      @@nippocast I am also designing and constructing a small windchest for testing (one octive) but using a slightly different pallet design, your videos truely give me lots of inspiration and useful advice, thanks so much for sharing and if my windchest for testing works fine, I will upload a video to share with you, but of course, certainly could not compare with your video quality as well as the building quality!

    So exciting! A couple questions: 1) You put the pallets on in their numbered order - rather than numbering them after - how did you determine that order? 2) What is the synthetic leather you use? 3) do you still plan to make the files for the templates you've created available? :-D

    • @nippocast
      @nippocast  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Michael, 1) I first inserted the pallets, checking that they moved freely, perhaps replacing the positions, once their position was determined, I numbered them. 2) it must be smooth leather, without textures, and soft. Any with these characteristics is good. 3) I will definitely do it, I just don't have much time between preparing the pieces to be recorded and building the organ. As soon as I have finished I will dedicate myself to that, maybe even making some theoretical videos

    Do you intend to drill tiny pilot holes about halfway down the length of the pallets for the springs?

    Hi, beautiful work! I’m building an organ myself and I’d love to know what kind of felt you used. How hard is the felt and what is its thickness? Thank you!

    • @nippocast
      @nippocast  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks, soft felt: weight 340 gr/mtl, 1,5mm thick. but if you need to make larger pellets I recommend at least 2mm thick

    Another relaxing video - good start of my long weekend.
    If I may: why has nr-1 more space than the others? (maybe I missed the info - sorry & thanks for replying twice in that case).
    The translation-question is a brilliant idea - I added my language (next week: please a new question) - top!

      Hi Sir Synth, the first key have a larger space because it has not the sharp next to it. Yes, some "technical" words are almost impossible to find a correct transltion if you don't ask a native.

      Ciao Roberto, se guardi i primi video vedrai un'idea di progetto. Volevo già pubblicare i progetti dell'organo ma mi sono reso conto che in fase realizzativa sto facendo delle modifiche, allora ho deciso di renderli disponibili appena avrò ultimato l'organo e verificato che vada tutto bene, ormai si tratta di un paio di settimane. Grazie!
