Its better to deal more Damage instead of having more mobility in my opinion at least it slows down the runs if you are using double Leg spells those new Leg spells are only good for Carrying and for Gregg but for Dungeon id rather go for EIR/Cleaver and EIF/Sacrificial orb. despite that i was hoping that the Dungeon would be a little harder i can literally two-shot the first Boss with my 17% Boss damage ring. i dont like Tempo cuz you have to wait 15 seconds for just one damage buff in those 15 seconds you could do more damage with Boss damage. but Tempo is good for Raids.
Late but, cleansing beam from insane is very good for guardian. Blood pact is useless. Gravity leap is actually quite good but for only like 1 or 2 people to run, if solo dont use it. everything else is quite accurate
Personally sayin, the new mage leg spell is good if you learn the mechanic of it. Crying about it because its ass, is real skill issue. I speed run through with the warps in nm.
Double gravity is my favourite load out, slightly less damage than eir plus damage ability, but way faster gameplay, makes dodging super easy

Once you one shot mobs new leg spells are worthless just use enhanced with charge spell
