They have fantastic chemistry! The plot is very true and they managed to convey the process of building love in a real way. I want a second season with them!!!
Actually One Spring Night, drama by the same director - writer team, Jung Hae In as tge main lead, the drama was offered to Ye Jin at first, but she declined as she didn't want to play similar roles. Hence it was given to Han Ji Min, she did the role really well. In a way it was better that she didn't take the role, people would've confused between this one and that drama since the direction of both drama were similar.

Yes its like a day today life story. A couple having age gap (n that to also female is older than male) have to face such difficulties. Today also it's not easily acceptable atleast in Asian countries. That's why you can relate it easily sply if you are in your 30s. Nice story, nice direction n top of all good acting performances by every actor. Sply her mother. Small small things are kept in mind while filming dis drama dats the main thing. Don't knw about its popularity score in korea, but I like it very much. The chemistry of the lead is so good that I really wished dat they shd date in real life also

I come to announce that I just watched this series last month, so far I have watched 3 rounds. It is a lovely show and very touching. I love both of them. Only the song "Stand by your man" seems to be annoying sometimes and doesn't suit the scene. I look forward to watching "39" and hope you put Son Ye Jin in nice outfits. She deserves a nice look. She is my favorite. Pretty girl.
I agree with you and more, I think they should produce a new season. The end was very abrupt. Anyone who liked the series would definitely like one or two more seasons, showing how they established life.

The three musketeers go into the same restaraunt as JH and one of his coworkers. The coworker wants JH to introduce him to his pretty friend and JH is all like no. But when they all sit togehter, the coworker kicks JH and tells him to introduce him. JH tries to make small talk with SY and asks her where she lives. Then he asks JA if she will buy him some food, he helped her yesterday. But she tells him to shut up.
SY aks how they know each other and they say they’ve known each other for many many years, they are basically family. He also mentions that his sister even has a coffee store as well.

The English sub titles here are slightly different than the ones on NETFLIX
I nprefer this sub than the Netflix ones. Netflix too general whereas here they are direct translation which makes it sound more realistic
David Poon I find some of the direct translations weird. Eg I keep reading “I want you to stay by my side” or “seeing someone as a man/woman”. It’s pretty clear these are direct translation, but it’s so weird because the English expressions don’t really exist
@@ugonyia exactly... someone argued with me because Bora said in ep 15 to Jin-a that she sounds like a grandma which is the literal translation but Netflix's translation is she sounds like an old lady which is a more natural english expression. The Netflix subtitles are more natural to native english speakers & better imo.

If only they hadn't ruined the last few episodes of this drama. It was so perfect up to then. Sigh...
Totally agree. The ending was not what I wanted. - much too casual after such heavy themes. I had to reimagine it on my own to feel settled with the whole mini-series.
true they have reconciled just for the last 10 mins which I thought will never happen. Reconciliation at the last 10 mins when there are many boring scenes during that episode like staring at something, thinking of something of the characters which I fast forward, only if they have spent that boring seconds on the reconciliation scene, the ending could have been more interesting.
SPOILER - Agreed, it is also never explained properly why he did leave, up to that point he seemed to do anything for her, even get fired a.o., but suddenly he didn't want to change his failed plan to run away with her, she even asks him why. It was such a great opportunity for a heartwrenchingly good answer..
The reconciliation was pretty unsatisfying, especially in comparison to the rest of the series, the reconciliation felt far too quick/easy/forced. It would have been much better if at first it failed, as they both think things have changed too much and as she said, it was as far as the relation could have gone, but then they couldn't help but slowly fall back into their old habits of sticking up for and supporting each other. Or something like that.
Still one of the best series I've ever seen though
UGHHH!! I thoughi was the only one, the last few episodes were heavy, I cried so much, only for them to reconcile the last few minutes in the last episode, which I am still unsure if they will work out since her mom does not approve
@@msbieber50 I had no problem with any of the episodes including the last ones. Nor did I have a problem with the ending when they ended back together. Sometimes to get back the person you love you only have to admit your mistake, say your sorry and ask for forgiveness followed by those hugs from him that always melted her heart. It didn't need to be dragged out with unnecessary dialogue about their past mistakes especially his U.S. decision. You win her heart with an apology & romance not constant talking. Just apologize and forgive each other. Hug and kiss afterwards. Under the rain... that is love and romance. I would absolutely have done the same thing as him... to the T.
