They also only take 20 mins to charge, I have the mower. The mower runs 49 mins for me. So with 2 batteries you never lose charge. This dude has 4, he is fine.
I was reading the owners manual "The guide bar has a sprocket at its tip. The sprocket must be lubricated weekly with a grease syringe to extend the guide bar life" should this be done before first use also?
My Ego 14 inch Chainsaw died shortly after purchase. I tried calling Ego customer service many times but my phone call was never answered. Don't buy Ego Products

I read the same thing and started greasing it before every use. I definitely think it would be a good idea before the first use for sure.💪
