Man hearing the excitement in your voice is great..its a reminder on why we collect figures. Sometimes you get trash like Deathstroke (or Walmart)but when you get a figure like this it makes it all worth it..Love this review
What an awesome review! I really enjoyed your enthusiasm for this set including your appreciation for the Jack Kirby artwork. I hope Mezco does complete the Royal Family, that would be so cool. The intricate overlays & the flat & glossy blacks on Black Bolt, plus the paint on Lockjaw and again that gloss black to mimic a wet nose are all top notch. Totally worth the wait Wade.

Wish they had the blue flame on the standard Headsculpt. While I enjoy the blue popsicle deapthroating Headsculpt would have wished for the flame to be interchangeable.

We know we getting a Reed Richards Mezco so now I'm wondering if the ML Xavier head would go on a suited Mezco body and we could get even closer to the OG Illuminati. Also guarentee you'll be fiddling with this in Friday's live. Great review! Keep it Unparalleled.

Great review, Wade. However I wish you could have given some reasons why this character is one of your all time favorites because I don’t know anything about him beyond he is with a group called the Inhumans. For example, it would have been cool for a quick biography and explanation of their powers. The figures do look cool though.
The alien race called the Celestials implanted a seed inside primitive humans on Earth that gave them the potential evolve. Another alien race called the Kree were at war with the Skulls later on. The Kree couldn't evolve anymore to win the war, so they sent an envoy that found out that the primitives of Earth had potential. The Kree genetically tampered with these humans and left Earth because they found out that these experiments, or Inhumans, would bring down the Kree empire. The inhuman scientists later found a mineral substance, called Terrigen, on Earth that when made into gas, or mists, gave them powers. Black Bolt's parents were scientists and his mother went through the Terrigen Mists when she was pregnant with him, and when Black Bolt was born he had destroyed the building and part of the city when he first cried. His powers developed to the point that his voice can shatters entire cities, so he can't even talk, but uses a type of sign language. Black Bolt toppled an evil king and became king of the inhumans on Earth and was discovered to be the chosen one to bring down the Kree empire. Lockjaw is his dog who can teleport across long distances and even dimensions.
I don't collect Mezco but this set is tempting. Black Bolt is a favorite of mine and his figures always leave a lot to be desired. Not to mention Lockjaw looks great and I keep waiting on Hasbro to make one.
It's definitely a great set. I personally have no attachment to the Inhumans but hopefully this means we'll get more Fantastic Four family/Dr. Doom in 2021 or 2022 with how Mez can be.

Got this figure for the first time this week, and just like that, it became my favorite MEZCO figure. Lockjaw is nothing to sneeze at, either.

Great review for a great character! Mezco would probably do Medusa justice because they would probably use flexible hair and not just a plastic block.

Try flipping the stand arm over so the elbow is at the bottom for the scream effects
