This should be solved by dailouge of two government . India respect Nepal .
Respect must be from both sides. If India wouldn't have been there, the Nepalis would have sold themselves in Lhasa bazars to feed themselves. Similarly India too respects Nepal's friendship and sacrifice. But that doesn't mean that the Communist Party of Nepal must take things for granted. Any such dispute must be resolved in the ICJ.

Fact 1: The revised Official map of India published in Nov'2019, changed only the state boundaries of Jammu & Kashmir. India-Nepal boundary remained unchanged.
Fact 2: The area now claimed by Nepal has been in British India's map of 1857 and Independent India's first official map published 70 years ago.
Fact 3: The area claimed by Nepal now, where never included in Nepal's official map in last 70 years .

Including disputed areas in the map is not encroachment? Building roads on disputed lands is not encroachment? Sugauli treaty clearly mentions those places are in Nepal. No chance of misinterpretation. It is the only treaty agreed bilaterally.
Only evidences india can present are some later drafts and maps, agreed unilaterally only by india, Nepal never agreed to those false drafts. Those were India's effort to encroach Nepalese land. So, why would Nepal agree.
Anyway, International community only accepts Bilaterally signed treaties

Chhangru is my village and i have to say that for us we have a different issue, despite the ongoing dispute , the problem for us is the development of that area, there aren't proper accessible roads and there is lack of food supplies in that area, and regarding gunji kuti and Nabi the residents of those areas have been provided opportunities by the indian government and for them if asked about their nationalities they will say they are indians. The main issue should be regarding development of that area and betterment of the commumity by either governments
