I’m back here again watching with a view to launching from the same spot early next year. After watching your video in Oct I trailered my little 3.6 Rib down to Itchenor not hoping much of the weather… the rain kept me away but I’ll get out there next year. Thanks for the video and the inspiration - great stuff… keep them coming with more Sussex and Hampshire spots!
😂 You was here on Wednesday the 21st of September. I can see my van is in the car park 😊 I was out at first light and I saw a Honwave on my return to Itchenor. Must have been you 🤔
Nice relaxing video 🙂 and it’s a lovely place too by the looks of it. What motor are you running? I am just getting to grips with the world of sibbing (if thats a word!) and at the moment I have a small 2.6mtr craft with a mariner 4hp. Would that be ok to take here or somewhere similar? Hope to see another video like this 😉👍
I have a few outboard engines but on that day I was using my Tohatsu 9.8 hp 2 stroke wich is the lightest 10 hp outboard there is. Your 4hp would be fine in Chichester Harbour on you 2.6 m Provided it was not too windy.

Could well have been. We were in a T38 IE2 but there was also a couple in a T40ae. We had a little dog with us

8 knots speed limit in the harbour ;)
The speed limit throughout the harbour is 8 knots.

What’s the navigation aid you are using ?
It is a Garmin echo map 55dv. The are very good and easily unclip for removal. You can find them on eBay for good prices now
