Bought and paid for everything (they even charged us extra for the connections, which I've later learned they are supposed to come with the appliances anyway), and they only deliver the dryer after three weeks. Turns out, the washer, which they told my aunt was in stock, was 2 months on backorder. Cancelled the order, had them take everything back and we got a full refund. And they were so incompetent they left behind those connections they charged us for. ...That we got refunded for. Went to Home Depot, got washer and dryer, bought them, installed within a week. No muss no fuss. It just blows my mind how bad Lowe's is. It's a joke. The stuff they charged us extra for we ended up getting for free because their guys just left it behind when they took back the dryer. Either you're braindead or you have to TRY to be that incompetent. And my Aunt was rightfully angry. She and I agreed to never go into Lowe's again, and stick with Home Depot.
