One reason people are meanest to those they are closest to could be they are really hurt and angry deep down and when they are relaxed, they feel free to let it out around people they think won't leave or reject them. Another reason they're meanest could be they have been most disappointed by those they are closest to.
So true when they say you can't always trust those close to you. My own friend(back in 2019) had spiked my drink and I should have known when he went to go pour it out of sight, and my other friend (female) didnt get hers spiked and she called me a liar over it. I was in and out of it all by myself... I was so scared..be careful always because not everyone is a friend, not everyone is trustworthy, and not everyone has good intentions.

One reason people are meanest to those they are closest to could be they are really hurt and angry deep down and when they are relaxed, they feel free to let it out around people they think won't leave or reject them. So true when they say you can't always trust those close to you. My own friend(back in 2019) had spiked my drink and I should have known when he went to go pour it out of sight, and my other friend (female) didnt get hers spiked and she called me a liar over it. I was in and out of it all by myself... I was so scared..be careful always because not everyone is a friend, not everyone is trustworthy, and not everyone has good intentions.
