    Hopefully you are not using the bright red maraschino cherries in your old fashions. You have to use the dark red Luxardo cherries. More expensive, but they are the best.

    Dustin great job. I like it when you go back to the basics, line by line. It helps me keep my ducks in a row. Most of all, it opens windows to see a different view. A wall only allows you a limited view. Looking through your window, I see so much more and I say to myself “what if I try what Dustin is seeing and saying “. How can that work for me.

    12:06 but that 6% “yield” a large portion of that was a return of capital, meaning you were still paying for it, just because it’s a yield doesn’t mean it’s actually making you money.
