Because the two World Quests - Mamere and Ann are related. Plus there are other smaller quests and places that relate to it as well and there are follow-up quests. As for now I was literally going to check the place out after finishing both World Quests and doing some follow-up stuff. I miss two enigmatic pages, which makes me think they might be somewhere there.

I think the reason the crab doesn't get aggro'd is because the game still thinks its up at the boss arena, meaning it can't see the player extremely far below the arena. Hitting it still aggros it by default though
Yep, it probably has a aggro trigger in a static area around the boss arena itself, instead of being tied to the actual entity. Similar to every other world boss
I just got the quest name: "Limner, Dreamer and Robotic dog" @@okcool3144 I don't know the name but it's when you get to meet Elynas, Mamere's (The painting melousine) father, where you fight the evil purple guy. Mamere basically paints with Elynas's blood (I don't know his specific name his name is also on the map) and the traveler meets him in a dream. This dream takes place in "Nice to meet you", and you can ask him many things. It's also where you fix Seymour btw!
i would find it very funny if you invited someone into your world, told them to wait outside the boss arena, then killed the crab below ground and watched them stare in confusion at the fact that the crab just killed itself on their screen
Funfact: Moosashi actually have multiple genshin accounts and he usually use his main and his ult acc for these type of videos (He does sometimes invite others to his world but most of the time it just his 2 accounts)

Since I'm so laggy, I dropped out of bounds in Fontaine (went down to get the sewers waypoint, it didn't load in), got a waypoint, and now I'm exploring! It's fun swimming around, glad to see the water is pretty much everywhere.

How I accidentally reproducted the glitch : ( Not really ) I was playing this absolutely not glitched game called Genshin Impact and at the same time I had Windows do a full analysis of my computer, my cpu was used at 100 percent and I tpd at the Merusea village and I got put under the map and i just flyed over to the exact place
I did wonder the same! But then, Childe didn't get KO'd when the fight was active. And in a previous Sorush video, I was able to KO the Iniquitous Baptist without ever starting the fight. Based on those two things, I made the presumption it would be the same result.
I would try to fall longer. I wonder how deep it is. It turns out that the boss fell on the death plane and stands on it or may be the boss didn't die because still kept falling down too?
Hard to say what happens to the boss. In the case of Childe I referenced in the video, he neither died from the fall nor respawned. I had to trigger a load screen to get him to re-appear.

I never knew Fontaine had such similarities with ancient Japan, such as the appearance of giant enemy crabs falling from sky.
