I am so glad I found you and your channel. I am a daughter of a toxic household and all I knew throughout my life is that money solves everything. I thought about making money and stumbled across the biggest gurus like Iman Gadhzi who told people that its easy to start an SMMA agency, and I believed it, not knowing that what they say is only to sell their own over priced courses. Now I know, looking at your video that its not easy to do anything and a person has to work tooth and nail to pursue the life they want. One thing I learnt from Arnold schwarzenegger is that you have to develop your hunger, otherwise you are more likely to burn out. You have to set yourself many short term goals in order to achieve the long term ones.
mmhmm. it seems like society's beginning to give everyone participation trophies when that's really not how the world works. personally, I look at life as a competition. partially against others but mostly against who I was the day before today.
Great Video man, doing youtube while building your agency is a really good move and I think you will reach your goal. Stay focused and keep grinding and you will succeed, and also keep doing youtube, your editing, storytelling and the animations are already on a very decent level, so good job man!

Great video bro. I have my own SMMA and I was lucky enough to get my first client on one of the first 5 proposals I sent out. I've been doing it for about a week and a half now so obvioulsy I still don't know a lot about it. Any other advice you would give to me?
lucky you for getting a client so early. you should go through hell for that client to get him/her the results you promised. you can use that case study on future sales calls and present it to gain more clients.

When you first started doing cold calls, did you have a hard time communicating with people? Did you have trouble thinking of what you were going to say to the potential client to try and convince them to work with you? If so, is this something that you would get better at each time you cold called?
yes lmao. cold calling is funny asf since you still get nervous even though the other person doesn't have a single clue who you are. but yes, just like anything the more reps you put in the better you'll get.
Which courses and books do you advice?
P.s do you need an hard worker?
courses? if you have the money, Charlie Morgan’s. if you don’t, my program is great.
books? ‘100m offers’ by hormozi, ‘the science of success’ by wallace d. wattles, and ‘man’s search for meaning’ by viktor e. frankl.
the key to books and courses is application. don’t just consume, take action on your reading.
Yaiden, what changed in those 10 days. Was is it the volume of outreach or was it random that you landed a client in those 10 days.
Great question. I’d say the volume of outreach and content creation was the key factor. I signed 2 clients within that span and the second one came solely off of content. I didn’t even outreach her.

what certification or expertise do you have though, same question goes to all the gurus and 14 year old who want to start SMMA. You're trying to run a businesses social media when half of you couldn't navigate a meta business suite.
you use tools like youtube and courses to teach you how to run a business… education has changed.
i’m not a guru either, just telling my story and what’s worked for me.

As yaiden said, education has changed, you dont have to go through 3 or 4 years for a dumb "marketing course" for a piece of paper as your "proof", no client gives a damn about having a degree. This business model has proven time and time again that teenagers, drop outs and other adults are having success with this business, watch Charlie morgan with his testimonials and Joel kaplan with his testimonials, in this space no one talks about if they had a degree or not because thats how irrelevant it is. Experience you're right about that mostly but there are methods to learn how to gain experience, to build conviction it will work and/or leveraging someone else experience, more importantly after getting results you use the case studies as your proof that you can get results. But again completely forget about the degree thing since you seem certain agency owners need a degree, you don't.

Very good video, as someone who's started an agency many months ago as well and have put hours every day into cold outreach, I am wondering was there a shift in strategy for the method of cold outreach
100% there's been a shift in the game. props to Iman for the course but the methods are outdated and to stand out these days you HAVE to be original or even somewhat creative. this is for the best imo, critical thinking is crucial for business and you dont deserve to get anywhere if you let others do all the thinking for you.
