DQ said the team was still looking for a number 2 wr the other day. That told me to expect he would be cut or traded. At least they got a 3rd pick for someone they might have cut

The Howell trade netted Sainristil, Sinnott and Hampton this year. Now Dotson brought in a 3 and 2 7s next year. Add that to B Rob and Turner and it ain't so bad. Especially since the Saints haven't made the playoffs yet either.

@ckaiborbor ok neither ap or dq are in the hall of fame. We will see over time how great they are. I know one has already been elected to the hall of fame by the fans here but unlike his counterpart in Philly, he hasn't done it......yet....
I think it was a cap move, you gonna have to eventually pay him, so why not getting something for him before u get nothing…. Plus his impact on the field wasn’t showing up… it is what it is

Chef P is just getting the ingredients in order for his next meal ( 2025 draft ). This rebuild is going to take several more years and if we can get some good assets now to help with that I'm all for it.

don't care that they traded Dotson but what are going to do to improve the Wr room. He has better numbers than all these current Wr other than Terry. Brown been having good preseason since he got here.
You can't put a $ amount on the message it sends to the other players on the team, but we all know it's valuable.
Philly and Howie roseman always buy low and sell high. They did it again. That's why he's won multiple executive of the year awards and why washington will never catch up to the eagles: they have the best gm in pro sports and it's not even close

Bro he had Sam Howell throwing him the ball. Of course he wasn’t going to have an increase in numbers. Dotson is going to excel in a #3 role in Philly. He’s literally the 5th option on offense behind Saquon and Jalen keeping it himself.
ExCeL as a 5th option? Don’t forget goedert also. This is nothing but a depth move for eagles. Shows how bad their depth chart was as well. Look at the dolphins preseason game where he couldn’t block a corner and our wr screen went nowhere.
