    An access port have nothing to do with tagging. It is not running 802.1q protocol to be able to tag frames. If a switch receive a frame on an access port, it will broadcast it as it is (untagged) to all others ports members in the same vlan (same logical network segment) through the switch, except the port it cames from.Tagging and untagging process is only happen on a port that is running 802.1q protocol, called a trunk port.Sorry. I didn't see that you actually have configured a trunk between the routers and the switches.
