As there are infinite timezones, this version of Goku only learnt how to go Super Kaioken and also multiply it with his form, the possibilities and creations are endless, you can basically make him however strong you want him to be.
Mastered Kaio-Ken? That still would Kill him using it on top of SSJ, because it is SSJ that needs Mastery, beyond Grade 4 Mastery I also don't get this Goku,
