Dimash is 6’3” and this wasn’t a competition. This was The Singer Gala concert. The Singer competition was over at this point. This song was a tribute to a fan that died of cancer
It was a competition! A competition between this season's contestants and the previous seasons' contestants. In this round Dimash was competing against Tan Weiwei. The audience voted after each round. At the end, this season's contestants won. It was a fun competition not a serious one but still a competition.

For those who remember, Renat Gaissin, who composed this song, is the author of the song "Qairam Elim" (2020) whose video was directed by Dimash himself and was the winning song for an audience choice on the American MTV in 2020 (Renat Gaissin appears in the video playing the piano). He also made together with Dimash the instrumental song "River Of Love", where Dimash plays dombra, a Kazakh folk instrument, and the song “Omir Oter”

Dimash sang to perfection as always. What you did not know is the meaning behind the song. While in Kazan for a concert Dimash learned of a young girl who wanted very much to attend his concert but could not due to battling terminal cancer. From what I understand he left rehearsal and went to visit her. He sat with her, took photos, lots of hugs. She passed away and this song was dedicated to that young fan.
She doesn’t like him that’s why, she always criticizes him always

Why dont we just respect and give Dimash more appreciation with his real authentic and knowledgeable talents that he has with his hard effort! Esta señora no debería ser considerada vocal coach, se la paso todo el video interrumpiendo la reacción, haciendo chistes pesimos y burlandose de las decisiones artisticas de un cantante que es mil veces más talentoso de lo que ella será en vida, solo me deja en claro que cuando ve alguien mas talentoso que ella se burla de cualquier cosa para desmeritar su trabajo.

This type of song is not a typical Tanweiwei song. But I can feel her deeply.

Dimash is singing a sad song...and this person is cutting up talking about his looks and such. Shes apparently very pleased with herself. The ego and disrespect was a turn off. Her voice is nothing unique...or connects with me. It lacks nuance or tonal quality. Or presense. Just a person with a vibrato and a diaphram. She should get a job on a cruise ship.
To me...if a singer is a jerk...it will come out in their delivery. And it did.

I would really like to see a reaction to Dimash's S.O.S performance though. That was, in my opinion, his best performance on the Singer and also my favourite.
