Born into a place of disorder where I was once child abused and bullied from family and kids from school, one starts to believe that this way of life is normal. I used to think that something was wrong with me and questioned my existence. Never had I examined suffering but tried to run away from it by acting to be the life of every party but hurting deep down inside. K is right, knowledge is the Essence of ignorance. Through understanding that all traditions including the tradition of suffering are fallacies, I am able to have a bird s eye view on truth! Now that psychologically that I can fly, the fastest car has very little meaning!

Isn't "not wanting to have/build an image" an image in itself?

It is, that’s the tricky part, haha

That’s the point, for you to realize how hard you are trying to do something that you can’t escape doing. Noticing that in and of itself is like the difference between the alcoholic who can’t accept he’s an alcoholic and the alcoholic who finally sees he’s indeed an alcoholic. Then a different action gets taken without the alcoholic TRYING to stop drinking.

That is not what he says. He says "can you live without the image?" If you are interested, you will find out for yourself. If not, there's always the comments section of Krishnamurti videos. This is not an "ironic" contradictory comment. I'm here because I haven't really gone into it. Because it is actually an extremely challenging question. Can you live without the past? To even begin to consider this you must use your brain in a new way, that relies only on naked reality from moment to moment without a single signpost. So, no, I haven't gone into it. Not actually having driven the car, I prattle on about how it looks like it may or may not be a smooth ride.

Do you have any video in which he explained how to stay motivated all the time and achieve our goal or how to get what we want ?

Have you ever 'given up' on something?
Something that you believed to be very important?
      Something that you really wanted?
      You walk away!
      You don't care anymore!
You have tried and tried but just couldn't get it.
Can something strange and peculiar happen?
Can you discover, by chance, with all ulterior motives crushed?
The thing you tried so hard to do was happening with no effort!?!?!?

Find out the right goal. Once you find the right goal, need of motivation will go away. Motivation is only for something which you don’t want to do for one or more reasons.

He could ask you, who is the one that wants to achieve the goal? And does it want this goal as a mean to escape from unwanted present moment?
