    - The more volume, the more real the move
    - The more volume a stock has on a break, the more likely it is to stay above that break
    *Chart*
    1. Consolidation phase
    2. Buying phase, huge green volume
    3. Pullback phase, volume starts picking up to the downside
    4. Drying out phase, preparation for the next leg up
    5. Completion of ABCD pattern
    6. Sideways action phase
    7. Breakout or breakdown
    What are the chances of a breakdown?
    - Less bullish volume at resistance
    - Buyers dip buying at support
    - Seller volume seen against resistance
    - How far stretched is the rubber band?
    7:20 Once volume starts to dry up and price becomes overextended, significant selling can occur
    7:40 As stock becomes cheaper, more buyers will flood in which creates those large green bars
    8:00 Look at the volume, its drying up. Selling is happening as it continues to dry up
    8:20 if you see volume start to pick up on the sell side it’ll really start to drop
    *Over-extended Moves Summary*
    - If you understand what is real or realistic, you will have a better idea of knowing when a stock will pause or reverse
    - Remember that stocks breakout, pause, retrace, then move again
    - Looking at multiple time frames helps with this

    The green and red on a volume bar dosent signify bullish or bearish. the only data represented is total shares traded. the color represented is the color of the candle it corresponds to.

    Thanks Sasha for everything you share with us.
    Quest: how do you read *climax volume* when the price it's close to a *support* or *resistance*. I still can't comprehend the concept.
    Thank you!!

    in the ABCD pattern you draw at 4min50sec there is an extra retracement in there you ignore. Is that normal - you're just taking the larger ABCD pattern there?

    Sasha, another quick question. What does it mean when high volume drops off in a single instant? I know we seen huge volume move in like a rally but I witnessed a stock that was in a rally and in a instance half the volume was gone and the stock stalled. Any ideas?

    Hi Sasha thank you for educating us. I have question about volume. For example : if the volume is 1 million in particular time ( which is a red bar) period does that mean 1 million shares are sold? Or it’s the combination of buy and sell with a majority of shares are sold in that 1 million shares ? Is it why the volume bar is red?

    • @tradersflyofficial
      @tradersflyofficial  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's a combination. It would be red if the price is red which means the majority of the price action is selling or another words dumping the shares

    Quick question. If a stock has high volume but price is moving slowly to the down side what does that mean? I thought low volume would drive price down slowly . I understand that huge drops come with large volume but this is high volume and slow decline daily. Your thoughts. Thanks.

    So if the price gets too far from the volume too fast, it’s likely to snap back?

    • @tradersflyofficial
      @tradersflyofficial  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not far from the volume but far from the normal average realistic price it snaps the other way

    Sasha would it be a dumb idea to trader stocks that are moving below the 20-50-200 sma?

    We all can analyze a chart after the fact but in reality we don't know how the stock will react. Only the big cows know they control it. Skimming from the little people.

      Sasha Evdakov: Tradersfly , thanks for your reply: I watched a lot of your videos, and I still suck at trading so I'm very discouraged, is there a video shows spooling and how to trade for it. I see a lot of manipulating.

    volumes are bs! decentralized! .. as in.. not really that acccurate! fundamentals of the business is more important

    • @jammapcb
      @jammapcb 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      no i mean a business model that actually works. Those fundamentals are to get into buying part of a company or stocks because its well organised, thought out and not run by crazy folk. Meaning get that part right you generally ok with gains. Alot of other vids ive seen is why would you buy X when you know little about that company...madness! also competition, technological advancements out of the blue = side markets effecting stocks you are into etc can change the outcomes for many businesses. ITs the edge of a given company or threats they might have is how i look at it anyways!
