Destiny is a cumulative roadmap of good and bad paths. Paths that can lead us to the wrong and path that can lead us to the good. It is here, we have a free will on what we choose. Allah is well aware of what we will choose. But at the end to tell us why you are going to hell or heaven. The roadmap we choose will be dictated to us. Its not that a person might just have a good path or a bad path. Every individual has both. And yes indeed there are some paths that one can walk on only if Allah wills.
